The Kentucky Derby Festivals 38th edition of Pegasus Pins go on sale TODAY at the eight Kentuckiana O'Charley's restaurants and on MONDAY, MARCH 15, at more than 1,000 retail outlets and participating financial institutions. Pins cost $4 at retail locations and $5 at KDF event gate admission. Returning this year, for families on a budget, are Family Fun Packs of five pins that will be available at retail locations for $16. “Family Fun Packs are a great option for parents who plan on taking their children to Derby Festival events," said Mike Berry, President and CEO of the Kentucky Derby Festival.

The 2010 pin design features the Festival's overall theme - "Spring Fever Reliever" - with the "Reliever"stamp referencing the icon used on medical documents. Each pin envelope contains one of the pins in five different colors (purple, orange, yellow, green and blue) for a $4 sponsorship, plus two coupons for products or discounted services.

O'Charley's, which is selling Pegasus Pins for the first time, is a new Pegasus Pin coupon and Family Fun Pack sponsor, with approximately 200,000 coupons included in pin envelopes, as well as in every Family Fun Pack. The Family Fun Pack coupons are good for a $5 discount on a $20 food purchase at any area O'Charley's restaurant; the same coupons are also included in the individual Pegasus Pin envelopes.
