The Kentucky Derby Festival Foundation Fall Extravaganza will be held on
Nov. 14 in the Grand Ballroom at the Galt House East Hotel.  

This fund-raiser, which benefits the Kentucky Derby Festival Foundation (the Derby Festival's charitable arm) will feature cocktails, dinner, dancing and casino-style gaming.  The inaugural event in 2008 raised over $9,000 for KDFF.

NEW in 2009, the Foundation is partnering with the Young Professionals Association of Louisville on the event.  As part of this partnership, KDFF is asking attendees to bring a canned good to the event to help benefit Kentucky Harvesters and Dare to Care.

Cocktails will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 and dancing to the legendary Monarchs at 10:30. The Monte Carlo casino will be open from 7:30 to 10:30.
