The Event Company located at 2012 Northwestern Parkway is pleased to announce that they are hosting an official Kentucky Derby Festival sanctioned PORTLAND THUNDER BLOCK PARTY, April 17th. Plans are being made to close the 2000 block of Northwestern all day Saturday in order to host the event. The event will start at 2:00pm and go until midnight. The day will be filled with food, drink, vendors and entertainment, along with live sounds from the Air show and Thunder and yes ...THUNDER POTS. Entrance into the site will require a Pegasus pin, with proceeds benefiting VOICES of KENTUCKIANA. Vendors interested in being a part of the day should contact The Event Company 502.581.1000.
